A SMALL MANIFESTO:

a game does not have to be long. a game does not have to be finished. a game does not have to work.

it's a game if you say so.

your games don't have to be interesting to anyone but you.

a personal game doesn't have to be a parable or a warning.

you don't have to code or write or draw to make games. you don't have to be good at anything to make games.

an opposition to mass marketed hyper-realistic violence and opression does not have to come quietly, softly or cutely into being. there is beauty in the mess and blood and bones of a thing. There is personhood in imperfection and the visible process making.

BUT AM I INTERESTING ENOUGH TO MAKE ONE?

Yes.

* a walkie is the only good name for a walking simulator, which was a perfectly fine name to begin with.
